At Intellion –  the Commercial Office Spaces by Tata Realty, our approach to architecture and design reflects our deep commitment to smart and sustainable developments. Each Intellion project lives by our promise of delivering value to the stakeholders while catering to the needs and wellbeing of the communities and ecologies we build in.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons, we implement and promote the Tata Code of Conduct, known all over the world for its corporate governance policies. Right from the preliminary phase of our planning to its execution, all processes are duly monitored, to ensure LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) compliance and rating by USGBC (US Green Building Council) / IGBC (Indian Green Building Council).

The impact of eco-friendly buildings transcends to either side of the four walls. On the outside, it brings efficient use of natural resources; on the inside, it cuts down operating costs as well as waste generation while promoting efficiency and well-being.

In the operation of its core business, Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited is dedicated to operating in a manner that positively impacts the planet and the people. TRIL also accords to the need for an urgent action towards climate change as evident in COP26. TRIL remains focused on enhancing its sustainability efforts. At the same time, as requirement of disclosures increase and is taken synonymous to accountability and transparency, TRIL adopts national and global frameworks to tell its performance story.

Responsible Value Chain Governance

TRIL believes that until changes are made in the entire value chain, sustainability cannot be achieved. This starts by ensuring safety of our product’s entire lifecycle right from contractor training to worker safety and from tenant grievance redressal to getting certifications.

Resilient Structures

TRIL commits to exploring innovative ways to imbibe sustainability in the way we construct our buildings. Designing green buildings is how we plan to take climate action. Over time, this will not only lead to judicious use of natural resources but will also ensure fewer emissions.

Replenish Nature

TRIL recognizes the direct and indirect impacts of its business operations on environment and the responsibility to protect, preserve and coexist with flora and fauna. We will also ensure better management of construction and demolition waste to eventually reach a stage where no waste goes to landfill.

Reap Talent

TRIL identifies importance of various employee engagement programs that may add to the value for skilled resources and as a result drive business with higher productivity and better efficiency.
